GREEN GOLD: A TASTE OF TUSCANY

Green Gold: A Taste of Tuscany is a culinary workshop set at Fattoria Casamora, an enchanting farmhouse situated in the Valdarno, one of the most beautiful and historically important areas of Tuscany. Fattoria Casamora produces Vinsanto, zolfini beans and an amazing extra virgin olive oil which are the result of careful cultivation of the land, with attention given to the quality of the crop, with respect for biodiversity and the characteristics of the terroir.

Our workshop will focus on EVOO and its use in Tuscan cuisine, exploring the food and the recipes of this unique land.

The workshop is much more than just cooking lessons, it's an Italian-style approach to food in an artistic and cultural environment. Besides teaching recipes, we tell stories, trivia, cultural anecdotes about specific dishes, ingredients, and utensils. We'll taste delicious olive oil and eat amazing food immersed in the nature and tradition of one of the most beautiful italian regions.
